Can I buy DJ.Studio once instead of paying for a subscription?

Yes. Every DJ.Studio plan is available as a one-time license. You get a perpetual license for one user on two computers, with 12 months of updates and pro-level support included.

After those 12 months, DJ.Studio keeps working on your computers, and you still get the bug fixes and security updates for the major version you own. Want the new features too? Extend your updates and support for another 12 months with the Update Package for $49.

Why does the one-time license include 12 months of updates and support?

We don't save new features for a big paid upgrade every few years. We release updates all year round, and your one-time license includes 12 months of them. Stem separation, VST support and improved beat detection all arrived this way, at no extra cost for everyone in their update period.

That year also includes pro-level support. Our support team is available 18 hours a day and answers most questions within a few hours, and at the latest within 24 hours. You'll also find video tutorials on YouTube for every part of DJ.Studio.

Building new features and running this support costs money every year. That's why updates and support are included for the first 12 months, and why you can extend them afterwards with the Update Package.

Don't need new updates? No problem. You can keep using the version you have, without any restrictions.

How does upgrading work?

Start with the plan you want. If you upgrade to a higher plan later, you only pay the price difference, and your 12 months of updates and support start again from the day you upgrade.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. One-time licenses come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Payments for a monthly subscription can't be refunded.

Will a subscription start automatically when the free trial ends?

No. The free trial is really free: you don't enter any payment details. After 7 days the trial ends, and you can't use DJ.Studio or open your mixes until you buy a license. Nothing turns into a paid subscription unless you click Buy or Subscribe yourself.

Are the prices inclusive of tax?

That depends on your currency. Prices in US dollars and Canadian dollars exclude tax, which is added at checkout. Prices in all other currencies include tax.

What are the accepted currencies?

You can pay in US dollars, euros, British pounds, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Brazilian reais and Indian rupees. The pricing page shows prices in your local currency automatically.

What online payments are accepted?

DJ.Studio accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. You can also pay with PayPal.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes:

• Mixed In Key users: enter your Mixed In Key VIP code (from MIK 10 or 11) in DJ.Studio and you get 1 extra month of updates and support.
• Education and military: apply for a discount at dj.studio/education.
• Friends of DJ.Studio users: 15% off a one-time license through a referral link (see below).

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Own a one-time license and know someone who wants to take their mixing to the next level? Create your personal link in DJ.Studio at Settings > Billing > Share the love. Your friend gets 15% off a one-time license, and you get a $30 payout for every friend who buys, for up to 10 friends. Payouts start 30 days after your friend's purchase.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?

Yes. In DJ.Studio, go to Settings > Billing > Manage payments, select your subscription and click Cancel Subscription. You can keep using DJ.Studio until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account pauses and you won't be charged again.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, if you only used the free trial. Go to Settings > Account in DJ.Studio and click Delete account at the bottom. Has your trial already ended? Click Account on the trial-ended screen and choose Delete account.
